RETURNS & REFUNDS

We don’t do guesswork — and we don’t do worn returns.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Original packaging required

If it looks worn, washed, or smells like you tried it out for the weekend — it’s not getting accepted.

  • Your order number

  • What you’re returning

  • Reason for return

If approved, we’ll send instructions.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES / WRONG ITEMS

If we messed up, we fix it.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll take care of it.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or used items


EXCHANGES

Need a different size?

Return the item → place a new order.

(Faster. Cleaner. No inventory confusion.)


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

If your bank takes longer, that’s on them — not us.
